We’ve always been told that stress is bad for your health, that it brings on heart problems, cancer and stomach ulcers. In this presentation, Kelly McGonigal reveals that it is not stress that is a problem, but our outlook on it. And she tells us about the numerous ways we can use stress to our benefit.
At the end of her presentation, she was posed with the question on career choices, if stress should be taken into a consideration when choosing a job.
"Go after what gives meaning in your life, and trust yourself to handle the stress that follows."
