Runner Things #1527
Posted on 25 Jun, 2013
Every morning my alarm goes off, my body still aches from yesterday's run. I've got a long day ahead of me, but I still get up and run: through the pain, through the self-doubt, through the rain, sleet or snow, through the freezing temperatures, and up the hills. I can't describe the feeling after a run. The feeling of accomplishment. Knowing I've sweat more before sunrise than most people do during the entire day. It's a runner's high you have to experience to understand.
