Runner Things #2821
Posted on 13 Jul, 2014
Large picture windows and glass storefronts allow a passing runner a rare chance to glance over and check himself out while he's running. A row of parked cars offers the same thing, but only from the chest up. If a fellow runner sees you doing this and taunts you, just say that you're only 'checking your form' and quickly change the subject. Just watch where you're going - nothing ruins your form faster than running full speed into a lamp post or a mailbox.
